Acts 5:3-4, 9 points to the Holy Spirit as God.
In verse 3, Peter confronts Ananias that Satan filled his heart to lie to the Holy Spirit. In verse 4, he passes the judgment Ananias lied to God. In verse 9, he reiterates that the Holy Spirit is the one who was the offended party.
There is a clear flow of HOLY SPIRIT (G40 hagios, G4151 pneuma) to GOD (G2316 theos) to HOLY SPIRIT without delineation of separateness e.g., and you lied to God as well.
